This is a good movie but the theme is kind of offensive. Not everyone has someone fund months of time for them to go fishing and learn about a river just to find the biggest fish. The movie is comparing apples to steak.

You missed the theme, dude. It's about finding those fish in YOUR home water by making some effort and doing your homework.

You missed the theme. It's about doing your homework and putting in the effort and time on YOUR home water. It's not about catching fish as big as the ones in the film. It's about catching the biggest fish in the water that you and others (lots of others) fish all the time.

A touch preachy but definitely a cool video. I like the concept for sure. I think Missouri (if that's where all of this was filmed- the sycamore tree in the shot rules out lots of northern and western regions) has the right combination of spring creeks, warmer climate, and lots of bugs to grow these fish.
