SOBF, I'm with you. If I have the cash, I can buy it. If I don't, I can't. It's not that difficult. Hell, I haven't even financed a car since 1987. And after I got done paying for it, I kept it another 5 years and kept making payments to myself. I still do that, and I can get a new car every five ye...

I do like baseball when the Marlins are decent, but right now I have no dog in this fight. But just yesterday, city and county came to an agreement with the Marlins to spend a bunch of tax dollars on a retractable roof stadium at the site of the Orange Bowl. They did this because we apparently have ...

Ask Tokengirl....she'll tell you. Or don't ask me and I'll tell you anyways. This place is truly unique. I get the part about razzing noobs. And I get the part about crapping on trolls. I even get the occasional poking and prodding for a little fun. But when the poking and prodding turns just downr...

Clear PVC Tubing http://www.newageindustries.com/images/clearflo_03.jpg I cut it into one inch lengths and slide them over the hook point on all my flies. Great when you're standing on a rocking boat trying to tie on a fly without stabbing yourself. Probably not that useful for size #22 midges, but ...

Well it just so happens I needed a laugh today, so thank you very much.

Seriously, I like all your flies very much (even though they're not anything like what I use). But I like this one best, it's fun. In a Phyllis Diller kind of way. :cool

This was taken well before I even owned a fly rod, but it's still one of my favorite jack pictures. Even though you can't see the fish.
We had a good time that day, came back to the dock with sore arms.
