Revenge on a lake with no name

Re: Blue River Blues

Trying to parse your post was a waste of time, but if you hiked "3-4 miles" upstream into the canyon from any public access, you were trespassing on private property to get there.

Re: Boulder Co.

About 5 minutes of aerial footage of the region, courtesy of the local rag:

The footage from the mouth of the Big T is especially incomprehensible to me.

Re: Life is Fleeting

Sorry, but I've got to write this out somewhere, and this seems as correct a place as I'm going to find for it. I got the call yesterday, but honestly I'd been expecting it for years. Thought maybe I'd find out through a story in the Post about a fatal drunk-driving accident, or a body found in an a...

Trout Unlimited

I'm a member, and I'm generally happy to give money to Trout Unlimited. I support their lobbying of asshole congresspeople, publicizing threats to watersheds, promoting conservation, getting youth involved, etc etc etc. Without evidence to the contrary, I assume they do good work. But WHY IN THE FUC...

Re: Any of you hands ever fish in France?............

My dad worked on an international project in France for a while, he and my mom lived there for a year before he got diagnosed with cancer. I never fished when I was there, but there was a lot of good looking water. I bought some flies from a shop in Aix which were very nicely tied, though purchasing...
