Axe on roof of car leads to arrest in Wyoming County
Deputies located the car and driver, 21-year-old Jared Price. Deputies say the car had no license plates, no windshield, and no doors with an axe stuck in the roof. During the traffic stop, deputies say Price performed poorly on field sobriety testing and was taken into custody. The car was towed away.
