While waiting on the last night for the 7:00am ferry off the island, we opted to live like true hobos, and sleep under a bridge.

Upon getting off the morning ferry and getting to the K-Hole, we had a day to kill before heading back home. We decided to head to the local lake, get drunk on a log, and trade-off with the rod and fish for trout.

That one might be my Dad. Spent a few years wandering that country, by boat mostly, from Ketchikan to Petersburg, each spring. Truly God's country and God's fish. Behm Canal, the Bradfield, P of W and a bunch of islands that end with an f. I often think of those runs of fish and pray they are still doing OK. Thanks for posting this. :cool
