today I had my wife drop me off at a small creek by my house so that I could go do some exploring. it turned out to be just what I needed. I've been in a semi funk and haven't caught any fish all season. that changed today. the walk in proved that spring is in full swing around here.

That's a very cool looking creek - with excellent fish. I cannot tell one rust belt state from another on the map without the legend, but I'd be there every day.

Hell yeah. I'd love to happen upon some creek carp...or a creek....the months are adding up for me as well.
