Very surprised to hear that you're a homeowner. somehow always had you pegged as a perpetual renter. Mind disclosing what bank violated their own TOS to float you a loan?

I was supposed to be in BC this weekend drinking g wine and eating cheese (plus maybe doing some fishing) with the Frenchman, but that jerk canceled on me because he was offered a week fishing salmon in Labrador. So he claims, I think he just doesn’t like me.
That said, if I can’t ruin his weekend, I might as well try to ruin Kelly’s by showing up.
