I got out of town for the long weekend..........I was supposed to go poopfishing, but the weather changed those plans. Good thing I left my dry bag in the boat, so I had NO rain gear for the entire weekend. Oh well.........made the best of it.

If you didn't have a good time, I'll trade you cleaning up puppy poop and piss and sweating your balls off.

I met up with Ms. Wyoming last night........she finally gave me my birthday present. I have to thank Joe. Because of his sweet ass chair, Ms. Wyoming felt sorry for me and picked me up one as well.

I got another new toy...........it needs a good scrubbing and a new mattress, but everything works. The fridge, water, heater.............BOOM! I think I will haul that and the Slut over to Hank Lake in the near future.

A belated Happy Birthday Lando! That is outstanding. I've said it before, but I'll say it again: Ms. Wyoming is the best.

That is an awesome score. Are you going to paint it to look like one of these?

By the way, ironman is looking for a used cab-over camper, along with an old F250 pickup to put it on. If you happen to come across such a combination, please let him know.

Ms. Wyoming said that painting it up would hurt the resale value, so I don't think I will get a mural painted on the side.

I did a quick float with Chuck Dynasty last night-it was pretty stupid good.

Chuck was on a cover of a magazine* once, so he fancies himself a cover model.

*The magazine was for some tactical mercenary shit, and Chuck was supposed to be some jihad behind bars.

I missed this before. Thanks, man.

Tis true. Ideally, I'd like to find a solid, serviceable, non rust bucket, no frills, rig. Can be purchased separately or together. Free of vermin, but character and stories are okay. The catch is, it has to transport me from the west coast back to the east coast. Mandatory trip to your trustworthy mechanic. Storage might be needed for either or both. Would be greatly indebted.

In a perfect world:
Stock 1970-1978 F250 or F350 Explorer Package 4x4 extended cab
Alaskan Truck Camper
Trailer hitch
Will pay extra for an 8 track, a gun rack, and a pass through window.

In no hurry, but would be a fun trip. Say in late July.

I will keep an eye out for you............

I had to make the five hour drive south to run a few trips this weekend-the heavy hitters were in town and they needed backup.

The mornings are getting pretty chilly..........

The young lass is coming for a visit this Wednesday and Thursday, then Lurgee flies into town Friday. It is going to be a pretty fun week!!!

The young lass came and left.......

A quick, rainy float through town resulted in a lot of nibbles.........

Yesterday we wandered down into NoTellum........the morning was cold and slow, but the bugs started to pop around 2:00, and shit got stupid.

Lurgee came for the weekend and it went as expected. Broken camera, launched out of the boat, chicken fried chicken, fried chicken, lost pants, almost lost a rod, 4:00 a.m. bedtimes, and holy shit a bunch of other unmentionables.
