Out on a limb

Post by acraig » Sun Jun 11, 2017 9:24 pm

I know I have no right to post in the basement. Especially in the assifieds. But then this time of year I think a lot about my old friend and mentor Ken Schwam. He had a fly shop called Delaware River Anglers in Willow Grove PA. Ken drowned while guiding on MV in 2002. I am wondering if there are any east coast folks here that remember Ken, or still have a stash of his flies ...

I didn't know Ken, but I was on MV when it happened. I heard about it from Steve at Larry's. I still have some silicone squid flies he tied. Terrible day.

Ken was a good dude. Spent a lot of time and dough in his shop. Don't have any of his flies though.
Master of karate and friendship for everyone.
