i think you are right. i just looked through my Birds of North America book and it's a close match.

hdrmd, did you realize you can rearrange your letters to hmrdd. said phonetically, it sounds like hemorrhoid? i though that was pretty funny. hahahahahaaha!

Say what you will about the source and his absolute lack of attention to protocol and acceptable decorum but that is a photo that I would be proud to call mine.
