Its my photo. It is sopressata, capicola, prosciutto, and speck. The pizza is a Margherita with San Marzanos, fresh buffalo mozzarella, and basil--I didnt make it.

I had to get your attention somehow!

I was hoping you did make it, because that dough looks like perfection and I'm currently trying to upgrade my dough recipe. Though, I'm sure if you did make it, it would probably be some super secret classified info that you wouldn't share anyway, (who could blame a person these things are treasured) especially with a Penguins fan.

The water where I live (and most likely where you live) is horrible. If the water isnt right, then your dough will never be right. Its a sad state of affairs, really.

Hmmmm, that's an interesting thought I had never considered, and I bet is totally accurate.

Try heating some bottled "spring" water to activate the yeast?
