My all time favorite and my best buddy runs the dairy there (he's a terrible fisherman)

Pleasant Ridge Reserve - summer "full-grazing" raw milk alpine style farmstead cheese
Rush Creek Reserve - Summer/Fall transition raw milk cheese inspired by the French Vacherin Mont d'Or. wrapped in spruce bark (tits)
