Just curious why Haiti had bands of roaming thugs shortly after their disaster. Katrina same thing. Thoughts?

Because Japan's orderly and Haiti's chaotic, right?

Because unlike here and in Haiti, the Japanese take care of one another, and have a government that does the same?

So we need a government to take care of one another is that how it is?

You mean Haiti is full of black people while Japan is full of yellow people?

The difference I see is that you have a way-overblown opinion of yourself and no imagination.

Yep their government that cares so much for their people refused assistance from U.S. nuclear teams at first then threw their hands in the air when they realized they could not handle the situation themselves and started begging for help... Now it is too late and the people they care about so much are fucked. They managed to allow the worst case scenario to unfold.

Perhaps because there is nothing left to loot, and nobody left to loot it even if there was loot available? If they were "looting", as opposed to trying to find something to eat or drink, who would be keeping eyes on them since most of the people, inlcuding police appear to be dead? Where the fuck would they put the "loot"? Have you seen the pictures of that place? I think your question is callous and irrelevant.
