Very nice, I have a aluminum flat bottom just like that, you just gave me an idea.
Did you make the casting deck or buy it?
What type of paint did you use?

Casting deck is 1/8 aluminum. I bought a 4x5 sheet and had the fab shop break it for me.
The frame for the deck is 1" tubing. I put sheet metal in between the tubing and the boat, to prevent the tubing from breaking through the 1/16 shell. Held together by rivets. Seems to be plenty strong.

I used a Polyurathane enamel. Flat Black. (after I used a prime coat)
