Hatches is Looking for a Cover Photo

Post by DayTripper » Mon May 03, 2010 10:22 am

Just an FYI for any of you guys (Tom said it was cool)-

Hatches Magazine is currently looking for a cover photo for the 2010 issue. In tradition with past issues, we're looking for a bug photo. Anyone interested can send submissions to me at alex@hatchesmagazine.com or to will@hatchesmagazine.com.

We've been getting a few decent submissions here and there, but nothing so far that really jumps out. I am pretty sure there are some guys who frequent this forum who might have what we're looking for. Thanks :cool

Nope, but it would definitely help if its a species imitated by fly fishermen. Here are the previous covers if helps-

what are the rates? How much are you paying to use a photo on the cover of your magazine?

Last I knew, it was a few hundred bucks. Don't quote me on that though as I'm not the one who writes the checks.

Did I win yet?
If said posting of nude women includes her holding fish AND a large set of antlers (Non-photoshopped), then it can stay. Otherwise, No nudity on the Drake board. Skimpy? OK. Side-boob? Approved. -nemo

I think if fulwells actually saw this thread and opened his iphoto library this one would be over. I would just PM him and pay him upfront, seems as though you'd get your monies worth.
