Delayed Flights and Double Rainbows-TR

Post by Fuzz » Mon Aug 20, 2012 2:50 pm

[report]This summer has found me traveling more than normal. First Stop was the West to visit some colleges go fishing. Then in PA for a short stint at a TU summit. And finally settled with a week at the beach.

Arrived at the airport at 7:30 for an 11 flight, but like all good flights it was delayed. Did not leave until 2.
Image
With a 4 hour layover in O'Hare i did not land in SLC until 8:30.
Image
15 hours in transit was very happy to arrive here.

First stop in the west was the glorious state of Utah. Got all the shit unpacked at a friends house. Flying with fishing and photography gear really makes you bring a lot of stuff.

Object was to visit here. Really liked it

but happened to pull a side trip to fish here

After a few days in Utah it was time to head up to Idaho to fish some famous section of water that see lots of people.
Image
Then appears a double rainbow (like the one the stoned youtube guy saw).......(but you have to look hard to find the 2nd one on the right side)

Next stop was visiting the Park with Mama and Pappa Fuzz. People stop for stupid shit in the park, like a family stopped in the middle of the road blocking traffic in both directions to set up a spotting scope to look at a baby bear a mile away :gun
a lot of really cool things to do and see in the park, but was nice to get out and explore somemore

Traveled west towards Bozeman to visit MSU and get in a week and a half of fishing.

A quick trip in PA yielded this bow on the new boo

And the final stop was the beach with the fam and some friends (after another fucking delay at the airport for a half day)

had some fun fishing the salt

smoked some fish

Back to the daily grind of working. Only one more year until moving out west(hopefully)[/report]

Nice!! Any of those places would beat the hell out of where I got to spend my college years (what few of them I actually made it through). I'm not sure being that close to those waters would have helped out my failing GPA either!! :cool

Good call. Don't go to MSU, you'll never graduate.
