Sea Spoon

kind of self-explanatory, right? We seem to have some impressive thread-wrappers that lurk around this board. let's try to keep your "first booger" posts at a minimum.

Sea Spoon

Post by Badger » Sat Jan 17, 2015 3:02 pm

I recently caught a very nice bonefish on this fly called the Sea Spoon. The company that sells it doesn't seem to stock it anymore. Does anyone know how to tie an expoxy body like this? It has some kind of gold/tan reflective material embedded in it. The bonefish seem to love it.

Thanks,

If you can read better than you can type, I'd suggest you delete this post as fast as you can, go to the General Discussion forum and look at the top of the page. Or, just grab a fanbelt and start chewing. Your choice; you're welcome.

Yeah, I read all that long ago and, you know, it's just bullshit. I thought you guys had moved beyond all that, but I guess not. Anyway, if you can tie flies and like fishing for bones, give the fly a try. They like it.

The internet is full of useless bullshite. I saw a good quote a while back...
"What would be really hard to explain to the people of the not so distant past, say 50 years ago?"
"I have a device in my pocket that has access to a large portion of the knowledge of mankind and I use it to look at pictures of kittens and argue with total idiots."

To keep this place from falling into squalor like much of the rest of the digital world, we've created a filter. If you're not dedicated enough to do a few basic things, how can we trust you to be dedicated enough to the site to produce quality content to share that would improve this place, and not just be random shite like the rest of the web. If you let anyone post anything, it becomes a pile of random spam and memes like the rest of the web. If people make an effort to be involved in the site, they're more likely to care about it.

You're all a buncha pommies, ex-pat or otherwise. Doesn't mean we dislike ya.

(except for maybe this probable Englishman that has problems with his English.)

Brownie, you should hop the pond and join us for some swinging for steel-fish.

Even Mitch comes over here, and he's coming all the way from the penal colony.

I will have Twinings Earl Grey and biscuits at the ready.

DD, I might just take up that offer, though Earl Grey tastes like soap

Underground was fun, except when they're on strike which is like every other day but whatever.

And I still like my Earl Grey, so bring your own bloody tea...
