well tim. that was something.
my cooking/fishing somewhat less awesome. but. shitty phone pics abound.
So if you dont have a smoker:
Get some deer meet. 2 pound roast. cut in chunks. rinse. brine 24 hours. drain, rinse. marinate a day. all the goodies. franks, garlic, peppercorns, etc. buy a new boat motor. drive D-nymph to the mountains for pike. find a frozen lake. find another lake not frozen, wash flies. go fishing again the next day, wash more flies. while two states away, have wife cook at 200* for 6 hours, rotating. bag. eat. yum.
