[The Wandering Blues]

I took a buddy for a blue line session this week. Since it was his birthday, and he’s a dedicated home brewer, I brought along a bomber to split from our very own Dunk- his Fat Hog Barleywine.

My buddy is a noob (not worthy of teh Suk at this point in his life) so I mostly guided. But I also took perverse enjoyment in finding nice troots in runs he’d already flogged.... He’ll come around. He’s got the right stuff.

Unrelated, Dunk’s laid up recuperating from shoulder surgery right now. Send him a fuck off message. I’m sure he’d appreciate it. Or tweed...

Run off is in full swing but I did get out and fish a little on a monday and caught a few Lakers below Jackson dam....but have been working on improving my photography skills

typical family photo, no one looking at the camera...this is a shot of Grizzly 399, she is kind of the Matriarch of GTNP, she is 25 years old and with 4 Cubs of the year....she is getting more gray hairs by the hour....

Went up into a canyon. Lots of fresh deadfall so it made for slow going. Purdy water, though...
