I'm reading a book about that part (ish) of the world - Fire Season by Philip Connors. His next book (a song for the river (the river being the gila)) probably even more applicable. Think drakians would be fans of both.

Really good. Great photos.

I have been down there backpacking and fished a little too. At the time I don't think I even knew there was a unique cutthroat. We were more focused on hallucinogens and avoiding the cliffs.
