What I don't get is, how are people surprised that this is the end result? He was an uninformed loudmouth plagued by scandal before he ever decided to run for elected office. He showed no signs of tact, strategic thinking, or empathy for the electorate....ever. I would put money on Trump having no knowledge of the term "electorate".

The people who checked their votes for him fall into four distinct groups:

1. I am poor and afraid
2. I am old and afraid
3. I am uninformed and afraid(could be redundant with 1 and 2)
4. I am ridiculously wealthy and want to stay there, and fuck 1 through 3, who gives a shit about them?
