With the morning temp hanging around zero, I really wonder if I’ll ever be able to toss these flies. The back half of a T-bone kept me busy.

The boy got into another fight. He has been rolling BJJ at a gym and they needed someone to step in and fight a guy. He didn't do anything buy work and roll, no road work, running, or bags. The sound comes on around 11:00-right before they fight.

I asked him how he felt Saturday. He said that he entered a submission-only grappling tournament and won the thing, beating the guy that put on the tournament (owner of the gym) in the semifinals.
